Here’s what homeowners Carol and her husband have to say about the Meadow Home Model. The couple wanted to downsize. They visited Summerfields West in Williamstown, NJ.
Carol put it this way, “My husband didn’t want to cut grass anymore, and I wanted to be closer to family. We found everything we were looking for, when we found Summerfields West! It is close to everything, including Atlantic City and the Jersey Shore beaches and just as convenient to Philadelphia and all the cultural activities available there, too. There’s a brand new giant Walmart just down the street and lots of other shopping and dining options close by.
They decided on the Meadow model, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, because it had an open floorplan and felt spacious inside. Plus, according to Carol, she loves her front porch, and she finally got her hardwood floors! They decided to add an additional square footage to the house for some extra spaciousness, which was an available option through the builder, the Temple Companies.
Carol and her husband also felt comfortable with friendly neighbors and supportive atmosphere. “I love my new community and new home here at Summerfields West!” Carol is a new homeowner at the Active Adult community, Summerfields West in Williamstown, NJ.
