IT’S SPRING! FINALLY!

 There is so much going on a Summerfields West these days. I’m happy to report that the clubhouse is now open, and our residents are enjoying all the facility has to offer. The card room is busy and people can be found at the billiards table or working out in the gym just about every day. The social committee has hosted a number of events that have been well attended and have a number of other fun times planned throughout the summer and fall. Everyone is looking forward to the opening of the pool at the end of May, too!

We’ve had a busy sales season with houses selling quickly. Our premium lots are very limited due to the high demand. It seems that Summerfields West is a very desirable place to live! So don’t wait, come see for yourself why so many people are loving living at Summerfields West.

Incredibly Moist and Easy Carrot Cake

 

This is the best carrot cake recipe I’ve ever used. For the carrots, we prefer to hand grate for the finest carrot pieces that melt into the cake batter, but you can also use a food processor.
