Rosemary and Mike purchased the expansive Evergreen model, one of six available at Summerfields West. “We purchased the Evergreen for several reasons but mostly for the beautiful morning room. It’s so relaxing and spacious; our favorite room in the house. We also like the practicality of such a good-sized laundry room.”

They also upgraded the kitchen cabinets, added a support beam for a future carport, extended the driveway and selected an oversized shed to accommodate Mike’s tools and other necessities. “One thing my husband noticed from the get-go, was the quality of construction that went into all of the home designs at Summerfields West. “He used to be in construction and really knows a well-built house when he sees one.” We couldn’t be happier with our wonderful house, our active lifestyle and friendly neighbors. How friendly? My husband refers to Summerfields West as ‘The Mayberry of South Jersey’.”
