While most home purchasers at the Summerfields West 55+ community in Williamstown are quick to cite the easy-living home designs, serene location and unparalleled affordability as keys to their home buying decision, the impetus for Mae and Wes Whittington’s infatuation with the friendly neighborhood extend well beyond those well-documented advantages.

I chose the designer paint we wanted and Charlie (the Construction Foreman) had his crew do an impeccable job throughout the house. It turned out nothing short of fabulous!” said Mae.
