More and More Exciting News!
We are well into the colder winter months here at Summerfields West, but things are really heating up! Besides the ground breaking of the new clubhouse this past fall, we have just announced that we will be opening a new model pavilion across the street from the new clubhouse, which is already under construction. Additionally, we will be selling the current models in the model park – and they are available either furnished or unfurnished!

You will need to check with Anne Marie, our Sales Manager, for all the details on the new models, the Chelsea, the Seabreeze, and the Sandstone, and for the models for sale in the current model park. Our 3 new models are all 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths. You’ll find lots of extras and special features in these new models, too. We will continue to offer the popular Brook, Evergreen and Meadow models, as well.
New Residents Enjoying Activities
We have lots of new residents who are enjoying our growing community. Our Recreation Center is a busy gathering place for social activities, workouts in the gym, and for parties. It’s been a true pleasure getting to know some of our new home owners, and we look forward to meeting you, too!
