Our Late Summer Letter from the Developer
We are excited to announce that our state-of-the-art 5,000 square foot clubhouse has arrived on site – yes, it’s one of the first modular built clubhouses in New Jersey. Be sure to watch the video of the clubhouse arriving on site and being put together (see below). It’s truly an amazing accomplishment!
The new model pavilion is also under way across the street from the clubhouse – the five model homes are all in place on their individual lots with the exterior finishes being completed. Our professional interior decorator should be starting with the interiors sometime in September or early October. These models will showcase the amenities our home buyers want, and even some additional surprises!
We are providing customers private tours of our community and model homes for sale, by appointment only, due to New Jersey State COVID rules. Be sure to call Anne Marie, our Sales Manager, in advance for your personal appointment. She can be reached at 856-629-2011. There are some great buying opportunities of our model homes, available for immediate occupancy, located in the original model pavilion. But don’t wait, several have already sold, so these great values won’t last.
